The committee of Hoodsclose Action Group meet on a weekly basis to discuss the latest developments and to devise the best strategies to employ throughout the campaign against UK Coal.  Although these meetings are not public, we would be happy to discuss any issues, topics or findings that any of our supporters bring to our attention.  Please email us at info@hoodscloseactiongroup.org to inform us of anything pertinent to the campaign.

It is our intention to hold public meetings and/or events to keep you updated throughout the weeks and months ahead, along with regular email updates for those of you who have signed up to our mailing list.  Details of the next public meeting/event will appear on this page, so be sure to check back regularly so you don't miss out!

We delivered our latest campaign leaflet throughout December 2009 and January 2010, to all properties in Whittonstall and the adjoining villages and hamlets of Stocksfield, New Ridley, Broomley, Kipperlynn, Hindley and Ebchester.  View this leaflet in pdf format here.
